MAXIMIZE THE MIND
Competitor Club gives your athlete every one of our mental training labs plus live coaching twice a month, so the tools do not just get learned. They get used when the pressure is on.
It is a confidence club for competitors. And right now it is the cheapest it will ever be.

ATHLETES SERVED
MASTER'S DEGREES
COACHING SINCE
COMPETITIVE LEVELS
If you've done one-on-one sessions with us or purchased an on demand program, your athlete learned the tools.
They heard the strategies. They took in the mental skills. They probably even had a few “ohhhh, that makes sense” moments.
They know how to reset after mistakes, how to quiet the doubt, how to walk in dominant...
Then a few weeks pass. Notes sit in their phone. Old habits creep back in.
They make a mistake in the first inning. They miss a shot they normally make. They get benched. They come back from injury and suddenly don’t trust their body.
And suddenly, the tools they learned are buried under nerves, frustration, overthinking, and one very dramatic internal spiral.
That does not mean the program didn’t work.
It means mental skills need repetition.

Mental performance tools are only useful if athletes know when, how, and why to use them. And that gets tricky when the situation changes.
One week it’s nerves. Next week it’s fear of failure.
Then it’s communication with a coach. Then it’s a recruiting conversation. Then it’s “I was great in practice but froze in the game.”
Then it's "I grew 2 inches and everything changed."
Athletes do not need more information collecting digital dust. They need someone to say, “Go back to this tool. Use it this way. Here’s how to practice it this week." They need somone there for accountability.

Simple. Practical. Built for Busy Athletes.
This is a great supplement for in between sessions so your athlete retains the material. This is also a great option if you can't meet with your coach as often as you'd like. This is great if you want a reason to show up and not say "I'll do it later." The live every other week coaching is what turns a good lesson into an automatic habit.
Your athlete gets ongoing mental performance training, coaching, or learning opportunities designed to keep the work active. You might also be thinking, my kid will never sit and watch lessons on their own. You are probably right. That is exactly why Competitor Club is live and coached, not another course to binge alone. We had one dad tell us his son was furious he signed him up, like it was a punishment. After one session the boy was reading his notes on the way to the batting cages.
When something comes up in their sport, they can submit a question, situation, or voice note for coaching-style support. If your athlete is shy, or their sport is unusual, or they have already done a program, none of that leaves them out. They can turn their camera off and stay anonymous, or invite their team to join with them. They can text a question if they are too nervous to speak up. Every session, we ask their sport and show them how the tool works for them specifically. This meets your athlete exactly where they are.
Ashley and the coaching staff help athletes connect the situation to the tools. Each live session, a new lesson is taught. Then athletes can share their sport and current situation and we teach them how to implement that week's strategy immediately. We'll walk you through exactly how to apply it if you struggle with people pleasing, fear, second guessing, speaking up, excessive nerves, trusting decisions, overthinking, etc. We cover specific lessons based on what we've learned every athlete needs whether they realize it or not.
Your athlete keeps getting reps so the mental skills become more usable when competition pressure shows up. Mental toughness and resiliency are built when the tools become automatic, not when an athlete has to remember it all every time they compete, that's why the Competitor Club meets every other week to reinforce it all! We always connect it back in 3 ways: sport, school, and life! Because the athlete who can reset after a strikeout is the same kid who can calm down before a test and speak up with a coach about recruiting.

Your athlete needs to actually remember what we taught them...
Competitor Club keeps the mental training alive after the original program or coaching experience. It gives your athlete a place to keep asking questions, getting support, and applying what they already learned - without you having to become the full-time mental skills translator at home.
Which, honestly, nobody signed up for.
Because sometimes parents can say the exact same thing 47 times and get an eye roll.
Then a coach says it once and suddenly it’s wisdom from the mountaintop. We know. We see you.
You don't need another lecture. You need help in the moment when your brain goes full chaos goblin. Stop spiraling alone after a bad practice or a brutal performance. Competitor Club is where you bring what's actually happening and get strategies to reset faster and compete with more trust.

Ashley Eckermann is the founder of Maximize the Mind and the coach behind the mental performance tools your athlete has already started learning.
She has two decades of experience helping athletes train the part of performance that does not always show up on stat sheets - but absolutely shows up when everyone's watching.
Ashley has two master's degrees in educational performance psychology and sport psychology, and has worked with 4,000+ athletes across youth, junior high, high school, college, Olympic, professional, and developing levels.
Her approach is direct, practical, science-backed, and built for athletes who need more than motivational quotes and "just calm down." Because athletes do not need to become emotionless robots. They need to learn how to compete even when their feelings are LOUD!
Your athlete has already started building their mental game in a lab, a camp, or one on one sessions, and you want the growth to keep going.
You know your athlete will not sit and watch lessons on their own, and you want the coaching to happen live.
You want continued coaching without paying for full one on one sessions as often.
You want your athlete learning the life skills school skips, from handling pressure to leadership to recruiting.
You want them around other competitors instead of alone on their phone.
Athletes looking for a quick fix instead of a habit they build over time.
Families who want one on one attention on a single crisis right now. If that is you, start with a private session first, then join the Competitor Club to keep the momentum.
You don't believe in performance psychology benefits
Your athlete likes complaining and isn't interested in getting better

No. Competitor Club is not private 1:1 coaching. It is group coaching-style support. Athletes can submit real questions, situations, or voice notes, and Ashley and/or the coaching team will respond in a group coaching-style format.
No problem. Tehy can still submit questions through the portal and we'll answer anonymously in the Q&A so they can watch the replay. Replays are available when support is recorded, so athletes can catch up when practice, games, travel, school, homework, or life gets in the way. Because we know athletes are busy - shocking development. We offer live coaching at 2 different times to help different sports, so live is helpful, but it's not necessary to benefit.
Every one of our on demand labs are inside. So you're getting 100+ library of mindset lessons from Reframe & Refocus (realistic self talk help), Regulate & Reset (nerves, anxiety, frustration, holding onto mistakes), Release & Reclaim (getting over mental blocks and coming back from injury), Channel Confidence (conquering doubt, comparisons, and standing up for yourself), and Negativity Neutralizer (adjusting your attitude). Plus 2 live trainings, where we teach lessons in more depth, so even if your athlete wouldn't watch the library, they can just tune in live and build mental strength. Then at the end of each training, we open up for Q&A, which can be asked, or typed in the chat, or submitted ahead of time anonymously. Some live trainings are not inside the labs and are specific to peer pressure, handling current stressors our members are dealing with - you get to submit what you want to learn.
No. Competitor Club is not another course library. Competitor Club helps them keep using those tools through accountability, support, coaching-style answers, and guidance on what to revisit. It is implementation and pointing to what to try now based on what is currently going on.
Yes. Cancel anytime. No long-term commitment. No weird cancellation obstacle course. Your founding member rate stays active as long as your membership stays active. Please know, once you cancel, you will lose access to the membership library of lessons. Any program you bought separately stay yours for life.
Because buying the program gives your athlete the tools. Competitor Club helps them keep using those tools when real sport situations show up. Mental skills are not one-and-done. Athletes need repetition, accountability, and support applying what they learned to new challenges. The club is where the tools get rehearsed and reinforced.
No. They can participate fully, or keep their camera off and stay anonymous. Some athletes bring their whole team. Some keep it their secret weapon. Both are welcome.
The tools only work if you use them.
